adm Group is our Global Swag Provider, they are responsible for managing and procuring all Swag merchandise available on the Swag Store for Uber.
Realistically, we couldn't have thought of everything, so if there is something specific you need for your team, we've got you covered there, too. At the bottom of each page is a link to the Order Brief, allowing you to request design support for bespoke swag, as well. BUT before you do that, please be sure to scroll the full site, there may be something close that you'll be able to get faster and more cost effective.
Once you complete the Order Brief request form a member of the adm Account Team will reach out to your directly to support you with your request.
Under the navigation header you will find both “Quick Ship” and “Low MOQ” options. Quick Ship will direct you to items that will ship within 7 business days, while Low MOQ's will direct you to items with low minimum order quantities.
The dimensional weight of the package and the distance from the sender address to the final delivery destination will impact the total cost of shipping. Please note that we use a variety of specialized vendors to produce branded merchandise assortments; therefore, items within your order could be produced by different vendors and result in multiple shipments.
All orders placed through swag.uber.com can be reviewed in the My Orders link. You can search using the different orders status options or by using the Order ID that is received at the time of placing your order.
If your package is lost and/or if you have not received your order, please contact the adm Uber Customer Service team at ubercustomersupport@admgroup.com within 30 days of order placement.
If there is a quality issue with your order, please send ubercustomersupport@admgroup.com an image of the error or damage for a prompt exchange for the same item or an immediate full refund. Otherwise, no returns are accepted. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Orders may be cancelled within 1 business day after an order is placed. For orders cancelled after 1 business day fees will apply, which may include restocking, production, materials, and shipping fees incurred up until the date of the receipt of a written notice.
